Alberto is the Managing Director of Parenthesis. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. He completed his Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Kansas and holds a psychology degree from Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. During his career he has been involved in talent selection, acquisition, and training and development activities. Alberto combines extensive experience as an organizational consultant, HR executive and university professor with background in teaching, administration and research in Venezuela and the U.S.
